Prostate Cancer diagnosis
If you have a prostate cancer diagnosis, your doctor will discuss your options with you. You need to know what treatments are available, what the risks of side effects are and which treatment offers you the best hope of a cure. Keep in mind though that your doctor dare not mention the possibility of a cure as there is no such thing in conventional medical terms.
Prostate cancer is described by medical personnel in 4 different stages…
Stage T1 is virtually impossible to detect as there are no physical symptoms. Only a blood test for prostate specific antigen, or PSA, can point to a case of prostate cancer in its first stage. Even then, a biopsy must be performed on a tissue sample removed from your body for a conclusive finding.
Stage T2 is when the first physical signs and symptoms appear. During a digital rectal exam, your doctor may find regions of your prostate that are harder or feeling rougher than is natural. You may also begin to experience some of the symptoms that you should be watching out for as you pass the age of 50.
A burning sensation while urinating
Pain or burning during ejaculation
Inability to urinate
Stoppages in urine flow
A frequent need to urinate, especially through the night
Difficulty in starting, stopping or controlling urine flow
If you experience any or all of these symptoms, speak to your doctor about getting tested. The symptoms may be due to prostate cancer, but could also be due to a different medical issue, including a enlarged prostate gland, which has little or nothing to do with prostate cancer diagnosis. However, it does often give doctors the excuse to order a battery of expensive tests to rule out cancer.
Stage T3 means the prostate cancer has invaded the tissue immediately surrounding the prostate gland. This type of cancer is well advanced.
Stage T4 is the most advanced stage where the cancer has invaded your bladder or rectum or both. It may also have reached into the bone. This cancer is in its final stages.
There is no medical cure for prostate cancer after it has reached stage T4. The only treatments available after this point are designed to slow the cancer’s growth and to help improve your quality of life. However, that will not stop many doctors from continuing with expensive, experimental procedures on a terminally ill patient. Cancer is, after all, a business, and a very lucrative one too.
Stages T1 and T2 are the stages at which treatments are more effective and a cure is not only possible but probable. In fact, cure rates are as high as 90% with stage T1 prostate cancer.
Prostate Cancer Treatment Options
The treatments available for cancer of the prostate are many and varied:
Surgery is the option that has been used very effectively over many decades. Your prostate is removed, in whole or in part, while you are put under general anesthetic. A hospital stay is required and some of the side effects are radical and long lasting. Impotence and urinary incontinence are common side effects from surgery. Surgery itself presents risks, and quality of life is often negatively impacted. Moreover, there is a real risk of surgery encouraging the spread of cancer cells into the blood system to later develop into a metastasis. The chances of dying from a secondary cancer, the metastasis, is much higher than from the primary one.
Radiotherapy can be applied in 2 ways. The first is external beam radiation therapy, where a radioactive source is pointed at your prostate to burn away the cancer cells. The second is to implant several radioactive seeds with a series of injections, usually as many as 40. Both methods have been proven effective, but impotence, radiation burns and chronic pain in the pelvis are typical side effects. Most patients report a decline in their quality of life.
Ablatherm HIFU is one of the newest weapons in the battle against prostate cancer. It uses focused sound waves to heat and destroy cancerous cells. The procedure is precisely guided by an MRI to affect only those cells that have been found to be diseased and leaves the surrounding tissue intact.
Side effects from this procedure have been prove to be not as radical as more traditional treatments. The non-invasive procedure is done on an out-patient basis under the care of a urological surgeon. The procedure lasts 2-3 hours and quality of life is reasonably assured. The longer term side effects, if any, are not yet known.
Research has come a long way in the past few decades. Some urologists and oncologists say early screening and detection is crucial but others disagree. Often as not, early detection can initiate unnecessary surgery or unwarranted procedures. It conforms admirably with my own study and research over the past six years and is very much in keeping with my own anti-cancer regimen.
Professional Bias in Negative Reporting:
Negative comments are often the product of selective ignorance based on a general fear of the Big C and possibly deriving also from an ingrained, blind dependance, since childhood, on the medical profession, having been taught to take a doctor’s advice without question.
Equally so, negative comments relating to any cancer treatment other than that promoted by drug companies and marketed for them by the medical profession are invariably written by vested interests and simply aimed at deriding natural cancer treatments.

I am now well into my sixth year with the most aggressive form of prostate cancer and well on the way to outliving the original dismal prognosis of my urologist. I have declined all conventional medical treatment firmly believing that the answer to cancer lies in nature, not in deadly chemicals.
Chemotherapy, for instance, has a success rate of about 3%, meaning the failure rate is 97%. Radiation can, and often does, do extreme damage to healthy tissues and in so doing further damages the individuals overall health and well-being. It also creates a bedrock for metastasis.

Hyperthermia Cancer Treatment
The video below illustrates how difficult it can be to overcome the personal bias of some medical specialists relating to their preferred treatment protocols. A bias often predicated by financial benefit rather than the health of the patient and at other times, ignorance of the latest protocol – in this case hyperthermia cancer treatment – available.
This prostate cancer patient wisely stuck to his guns, did his own research, and then decided on a particular treatment based on his newly acquired knowledge and preferences.
Although a diagnosis of prostate cancer can be very traumatic, it is well to remember that prostate cancer is a slow growing disease and in most cases, there is ample time – six months or more – to sit back, let it all sink in, do in-depth study and research and review all the issues before making a decision.
Although medical specialists will invariably urge a patient to make a quick decision that is not always in the patients best interest.
Hyperthermia Cancer Treatment has been used very successfully on prostate cancer for a number of years in Germany and is probably the least damaging, and with fewer side effects, than any of the accepted conventional protocols
Baking Soda and Molasses Cancer Protocol
This is a short video by one Vernon Johnson, showing how he prepares his cancer killing concoction comprising of Baking Soda and Molasses, which, he says, has enabled him defy his doctor’s prognosis of terminal cancer. Vernon admits to flying a little blind on his protocol and is a little uncertain about it all, but that’s par for the course with this type of thing. But three years later he is alive and kicking so if nothing else, his determination and ‘clean living’ appears to be working fine.
I say ‘clean living’ meaning that he has wisely kept away from toxic, orthodox medical treatments of dubious efficacy and in so doing, has taken full responsibility for his own health and well-being. He has not abdicated that responsibility to doctors’ dedicated to highly toxic drugs and radiation and preserving the status quo.
I have myself used a similar protocol from time to time,for my aggressive prostate cancer. The main differences being that I prefer to use baking soda and Canadian Maple syrup, not Molasses, and ensuring that enough heat is given to the mix to allow, or force, the two to combine properly.
I do this in one of two ways. One being to place the mix in a tall, non plastic, container and then place the container in a saucepan of water, bring to a boil and allow to simmer, stirring continuously until the mix is also very hot and well blended. The other way is to simply mix the baking soda and Canadian Maple syrup in a saucepan, heat it up and allow to simmer. This method is both difficult and frustrating as the mix tends to be less pliable but you can be reasonably assured the the blend has fused. To take simply let it cool and take it by the table spoon washing it down with warm water.
The theory behind this protocol is that the cancer cells attract and absorb the sweet maple syrup (or Molasses) and at the same time takes in the baking soda too. It’s the baking soda that causes cancer cell death by creating a non-acidic or alkaline environment.
Note: Baking soda is actually Bicarbonate of Soda and must not be confused with Baking Powder, which contains aluminum.
